Tenable and OpenAI are building a review gate for community MCP servers and skills.

Announced September 3 at OpenAI's Cyber Summit, Exchange Inspector will vet agents, skills, MCP servers and multi-agent playbooks submitted to the CyberAgents Exchange, combining OpenAI GPT cyber models, Tenable One AI Exposure scanning and human researcher review. The Exchange holds more than 100 community-submitted components after a SWARM build event at Black Hat USA. Availability is expected this month. It's the first vendor attempt at a scanning gate for the MCP supply chain rather than a registry that publishes whatever arrives (Tenable).
